Based in Hot Springs, Arkansas — right at the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains.

Our Story

Ouachita Laserworks began in 2024 with one simple goal: create custom, meaningful pieces for friends and family. What started with personalized laser-engraved gifts quickly grew into something bigger. Our love for the outdoors, travel, and an active lifestyle naturally shaped the products we made — and still shows up in nearly every design we create.

In late 2025, we expanded into embroidery and hat making. What began as B2B custom work soon evolved into creating our own original hat designs, inspired by the mountains, trails, lakes, and everything we enjoy outside.

The name Bravo Zulu comes from a naval signal meaning “well done.” We adopted it because that’s exactly how we approach every hat we make — craftsmanship, well done.
